Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

    Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

This is unacceptable. I’m playing from Europe and I’ve been locked out for hours during the TOTY event. We spend money and time on this game, and your servers are constantly failing. Fix this mess and we expect a proper compensation for the lost time!
