Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

One hundred percent does not give you a human. It will link you to a page to fill out your question, but they don't ask how to contact you back or what your e-mail is or anything. You might as well spit in the wind and expect to hear back from someone
