Why is EA support so useless

I'm trying to reactivate an account that was wrongfully suspended or disabled for whatever reason anyways I'm trying to contact EA support As Told but here's the fun part I can't all I'm given is 100...

Thanks cuervo but tried this even before you send this anyways ea support is awful haha i wont say anything more because there are some sensitive people on here i guess the truth does hurt
