Why is getting hold of an advisor harder than getting hold of the pope

Question

I can log in through my x box account but I don’t know the password from my ea account therefore can’t use my fc25 companion app o would like to recover my account but to do so I need an advisor as when you try to use ea help it sends you around in circles to the same solutions that don’t work it’s a joke&nbsp;
