why is this a thing?
trying to reach support because I can't link my PSN to my EA, because it's on an old email that I don't have access to and this is what I see. any help?

What options did you select when trying to open a case? If you're needing to update an account link and no longer have access to the actual EA Account email address, that's absolutely something our support should be able to help update.
If you create a new case here, try using the Update EA Account option under What kind of issue are you having? - that should let you speak with an advisor so they can help update that information as needed.
