won't let me play on sims

it won't let me play with my family or no inside their house please fix

Thanks for sharing a bit about what challenges you're experiencing. It may help to know a bit more. Could you mention in your reply the following:

  1. Which Sims game is this for? The Sims 4?
  2. Are you playing on PC or Mac?
  3. Do you have mods/CC installed?
