FC 26 laptop - Controller issues

Hey Guys, I recently bought FC26from EA app on my laptop ( Aleinware M51) . After playing for few days, the movement keys upward and downward are frozen and not working, this issues happen twice I switch from arrows keys to Num locks keys to fix the problem but it worked for somedays, and again stopped working. If someone can guide and  help. It will be much appreciated
