Hi all! Wondering if you can help...I have bought FC27 with PayPal but stupidly, its linked to my work address. I haven't used it for ages and so, i can't remember the password to it which now means that I have purchased a game that i can't download and my work place won't allow me to download the app. Is there any way I can cancel the purchase and then buy it again using the correct email address? Thank you.

Since that purchase has already gone through from what you've mentioned, you should be able to try refunding the game here.
You should be able to do that directly through the account, but if you run into any issues with that process it would be best to contact support directly so they can take a look. We're not able to make any account or purchase changes here on the forums, so that link will be the best bet should you not have the ability to address this with the refund tool linked first.
