Xbox Account Issues

Question

I've been having an issue for a few months now in which my Xbox account is linked to an old EA account that I no longer have access to so I can't access ea games with gamepass on pc. I don't have access to the email thats associated with the account because it was created over 15 years ago. I attempted to reach out to support but I kept getting the run around with the awful chat bot you guys have. I really just want to be able to continue gaming on my active EA account, but I may just have to delete everything associated with EA if this issue can't be resolved.&nbsp;

I'm afraid we can't support account-related requests here on the forums.
Typically, following the steps on this page will allow you to change your email address.&nbsp;Since you no longer have access to the email and are receiving pushback from the NextStep bot, please&nbsp;use this web form to contact&nbsp;live support instead. They'll need to verify a few account details to make sure you're the account owner before they can help you swap the old email address.&nbsp;
