Xbox account linked to an EA account with an email I don’t own need unlink

My Xbox account (Gamertag: Berkay21#7972) is currently linked to an EA account that uses an email address I do not own or have access to (a rambler. ru email). This EA account is not mine, and I cannot reset the password or access it in any way.
This situation happened because I accessed EA Play through my Game Pass subscription on PC, which created or linked this EA account automatically. As a result, my Xbox account became associated with this EA account using an email that isn’t mine.
Because of this, I cannot link my Xbox account to my real EA account. I also cannot unlink the accounts myself, since the EA account uses an email that doesn’t belong to me.
I need the Xbox → EA link removed from your side.
Please help unlink my Xbox account from the rambler. ru EA account so I can connect it to my own EA account.

If you don't have access to the email address registered to an EA account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details - even if you're just trying to unlink an Xbox account.
