Xbox Gamertag linked to unauthorized EA account — trapped in live chat loop.

Question

My personal Xbox Gamertag is currently linked to a third-party/unknown EA account that does not belong to me. I have full access to my own legitimate EA account, as well as full documentation, order numbers, and email receipts proving ownership.

The issue is that whenever I attempt to resolve this through Live Chat, agents try to run verification protocols against the unauthorized EA account my Gamertag is stuck on. Because I cannot provide the stranger's private details, support marks my information as "incorrect" and closes the case.

I am not requesting access to the stranger's EA profile—I simply need my Xbox Gamertag manually released/unbound from that account so I can link it to my real EA account.

Could an EA Community Manager please escalate this case to an account specialist who can assist me privately? I can provide my case numbers, Gamertag, and proof of ownership in a private direct message.

I just wanna play skate. ☹️

I’m sorry you’ve been having trouble unlinking your gamertag. Unfortunately, we cannot access accounts, manually unlink platform accounts, review ownership documents, or escalate account cases through the EA Forums or private messages.
When contacting EA Help again, please explain that you believe your Xbox Gamertag was linked to an EA account without your authorization and that you are reporting a potentially compromised account connection, rather than requesting access to the unknown EA account. Please also provide your previous case numbers so the advisor can review the contact history.
For your security, do not post or send your Gamertag, receipts, case details, or other personal information on the forums.
