Steam connected Account Hacked and Banned

I just purchased Need for speed Payback, Heat and Unbound. And I got a message my account Was banned for I dont know the reason, Then I went to Log in to check my penalty history, But the gmail that they sent code to is not owned by me, Nor are there any ticket options I can only talk to an AI chatbot that is as smart as a peanut, As a Design student this website is absolutely horrendous, How was my account even hacked when I barely use EA app and while my steam is completely fine
