Hi EA i hope i get really fast asnwer to my problem beacuse for weeks i m trying to get a Live chat Agent but no succes on your platform.
i have big problem and i cant get help for it.

Hey 2b4950f25a800816 sorry to see that you are having issues with getting the support you need.
It can happen that the issue you are facing is one that our live support team cannot assist with and as such, you will not be able to start a case with them
If you let us know what the issue you're facing is and share as much info as you can, then we will do what we can to assist or point you in the right direction.
