Need help with ban on battlefield 6

Question

On the 16th of april while playing with my friends, all of sudden my game stopped and stated that i got banned..

I am a long time 46 old amateur (bad) player that plays for fun with friends and i realy dont care about cheats. I played almost all and enjoyed the battlefield games. Ofcoure you will all say cheater this and that , coz every cheater would say this ofcourse. You can check my profile where you can see that i basicly only snipe and suck at the game :P.

I have asked if they could show me, what has coused the ban / or triggerd the anti cheat. I do know, that i installed software to calibrate my monitor, for my photofgraphy hobby; DisplayCal profile loader. You can use this , with a piece of hardware to calibrate the screen.

The ban stated that i used something to adjust the game play, maby this software triggerd it.

Problem is.. that i am stil waiting patently for customer support to help me with this. They should be able to tell me what coused the ban. If you check the attachment you can see waiting on studio.

I am posting this here, to try to get some attention, since i am kinda worried that i will never get any anwser.

I hope some community manager can hop in to this :(

I'm afraid we don't have any additional visibility into account actions here on the forums, nor can we discuss the details of any accounts or ban/suspensions on a public board.
If you've followed these steps to create an appeal specifically, rather than opening a regular support case, our Terms of Service team will be able to take a look. They'll have the tools necessary to check into this further, so please keep an eye on your case history here for an update once they finish the investigation.&nbsp;
Please note they're rarely ever able to share the specific program or process that was detected as that type of information is extremely valuable to those that would wish to bypass the various detection systems in place, so typically this would be more along the lines of explaining which section of the User Agreement was violated and some general examples of what that might include.

Thnx for your time to anwser! I have done all the neccesary steps, and i also did an apeal. But i am waiting now for like 12 days.. so i am getting worried here. I just want to play again and have fun.
