A Way Out AGAIN

Hello.

I am and have for many weeks now continue to have problems with A Way Out game. Running windows 11 on a high end gaming pc.  I have re downloaded it 4 times including purchasing it only to need a refund for the same reason.  I get to the end (I think) of the 2 brothers sitting in the bus talking then the game crashed and I end up back on my desk top.  Surely EA are aware of this and have a solution.  I want to buy the game again but will not unless it works of course.  Please help EA.

    Additionally, there are not multiple versions of the game to share, as there is only one version you would download from the client you are playing from. 

     

    Would it be possible to get the Dxdiag file and Origin Error ID previously requested above?

    Hi.  Thank you very much for your reply.  I did as many of the things you suggested that I could but it did not work.  Cant youi just send me a link to a game that works?  I subscribe to EA as well as Steam and Xbox.  Cheers

    Thanks for trying those steps! With this persisting would it be possible to get the following information?

     

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Does this happen in Single player or Coop?
    • Is anything else happening?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    Please see following question and answers

    • Platform (or client): - EA app on PC
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): - @ernie62
    • Are you getting an error message? – No, the game loads up, goes through the registration of a second player then ruins the introduction where the two brother (I think they are) talking with one finish saying, “ I may not be smart in your eyes but I get * done”.  I suspect that is the end of the introduction then instead of the game going to be played, it stops and takes me back to the EA App.
    • Does this happen in Single player or Coop? – As above.  I can not seem to select a single player.  It will not let me.
    • Is anything else happening? - No
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... None
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID - none

    Why Hello.  Thank you so much for your help.  I really just want to purchase this game so hopefully you can sort it out.  It appears so many people have had trouble with the game in the past which hopefully the develpoers have resolved.  I have rebooted my computer several times and loaded the game immediately with no luck.  I also have uninstalled it and re installed it 3 times with no luck.  I really do not know what is happening but i wonder if some one can send me a link to a version that ordinarily works well and see if that will resolve it.  My computer was maybe 1 month old when I first had this issue so maybe 3 months old now.  It is a "super fast" Asus I7 with the GeForce RTX graphics card I think it is called. If it is easier to communicate via my email it is [edit: email address removed].  Thank you again.  Darren

    Thank you for your reply.  I have no idea how or where to find what you are asking.  If you are asking for an error code when the issue happens then there is not one.  The games just stops and boots me back to the desk top.  Can you tell me how I can find what you are after please.  Darren

    Clicking on both will show you a guide on how to get a Dxdiag file and an error ID from the EA app. These can help our teams better understand an issue.
