"A way out": unable to connect to friend and play online

Hi, 

Me and my partner are trying to play "A way out" via origin. I have the game and he has the friendspass, but we keep getting thrown out of the session as soon as I have invited him. We have had no trouble connecting online with other games,  such as "it takes two". We have both repaired our games. Does anyone know how we can resolve it?

    Hi @wroombat 

    Wanted to confirm if you're still running into this? If so can you try going through our Basic connection steps, and our steps based on your platform?

    Hi! Thank you for getting back to us! We are still experiencing issues and have gone through the steps for improving our connection that you suggested. So the only thing that is left for us to do is to re-install the game? However, we have both repaired the game files. We are in different time zones, so our computer times are not synced as suggested. I am not sure if that is having an impact?

    @wroombat For the system time mainly making sure yours is what it should be based on your region.

    To check does it matter who tries to send the invite?

    Hi,

    From my understanding only the person that has bought the game can send the invite whereas the person that has the friendspass can't?

    Hi @wroombat 

    Can one or both of you try putting your system in a Clean Boot then try to play? If the issue continues could I get a DxDiag from both devices?

    Ofcourse not, these NPCs from EA can’t slove anything. No wonder their FIFA game comes with plenty of bugs every year..
