[Bug] HUD info missing

Hi there, so sorry! I didn't receive any notifications from this thread so I thought there were no replies.

I am still experiencing this issue (I am on PS5). I am on the game right now and my HUD is just not there. It is there when I begin a new game. But then if I were to leave the game and come back it is gone and it does not come back (unless I start a new game).

Is my name on here not my EA ID? (dgirdy ?). If you need my gamertag on PS5 it is DurDYGiRdY.

The HUD disappeared around the time I first got out of that underground cave (when I was chasing the little girl). Interestingly I tested if the HUD would disappear if I left the game and turned my PS5 off near the beginning (right after encountering the first couple of enemies). However the HUD was still there when I got back. Both of the times when the HUD disappeared on me was when I Ieft the game around the time I got to the underground cave. I have also cleared the cache on my PS5 but that did not work.

I am also past the point on the map where @HeavenlyJourney indicated their HUD returned on their screenshot. Mine has not returned even though I have passed that point.

Is there anything you would recommend? Do you know if there will be an update patch?

Hi @EA_Illium - is there any news on a possible fix?

I have started multiple playthroughs of the game and in every playthrough after I leave the game after meeting that girl and escaping that underground cave, my HUD just disappears when I return. I have seen others having the same issues. A few have offered solutions but none have worked for me.

Does anyone know if EA is aware of this? Will there be some kind of update dropping soon to fix this? This is an incredibly beautful game but hard to play if I can't even see my health or spirit bar.

Is there anyone that can help me at all?? Or is the game essentially just broken and unplayable?
