[BUG] No fast travel in act 2 stuck at top

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into! First, which platform are you on?

Also if possible could we grab a screenshot or video of where we are at?

    I have taken screenshots from a YouTube video to show the fast travel location that is not available to me and where it is located on the map. And then a third screenshot showing the scene that is supposed to play of water flowing through that is supposed to unlock the next path to go. This scene doesn't play for me and there is no water despite activating the water in act one. I also do not have any objective written on the top left of my screen.
