Bug Report: It Takes Two - flickering textures
I played through the whole game with no issues up to dinoland.
Now we just rode the rail into dinoland, and basically all of the textures of the ground, leaves, walls, etc., are flickering rapidly in and out of total transparency at different timings.
I'm on an HP EliteBook 840 G6, Intel UHD Graphics 620, Intel Core i5-8365U CPU.
I had the display settings in the game set to the lowest on almost every option. After getting this bug I tried raising the levels of some of the display settings again, but it didn't improve anything (just made the FPS way lower).
How can I fix it?
Hi @lyrarararaa
For the Minimum Requirements for It Take Two, you can check our store page here: https://www.ea.com/games/it-takes-two/buy/pc#system-requirements
the Minimum Graphics needed are:
- Graphics card (AMD): R7 260X or Equivalent
- Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 660 or Equivalent
We may be running into an issue with performance with the Intel UHD Graphics 620. We can try the following but if issues continue we may need to try the game on a different device.
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other applications, Tabs, and Overlays.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
