CAN’T CONNECT TO EA SERVER

I downloaded It Takes Two on my playstation 5 and my girlfriend got the game pass on my older playstation 4 under her account. We were able to play for a couple months no issues with the server or bugging out. One day we got kicked and it said she was “Unable to connect to the EA servers” now we can’t even load into a game before it kicks her out again. Her internet is stable, we tried restarting the game and everything I’ve seen online still no difference. It has now been a reoccurring issue for the past 2 months and is now causing frustration. Any solutions?

    Hi @Firedwig

When you have a moment can we try the following?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for console updates
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    • Open your PS4/PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Thanks!
