Can't authenticate in game, can't unlink my ps5 account

I can't authenticate my account in a way out in PS5,I changed my password but it didn't change anything so ı want to unlink my account but ı cant.

    Contact us link doesn't work, sends you in a loop, doesn't let you actually contact anyone. I'm having this same issue. Do you not want people to play your games? I paid for this.
