I have just bought the game and just opening the game it says press any key to continue. Once I do it shows 3/11, then goes to 4/11 connecting to platform and nothing ever happens further. I am on steam and in the top left of my screen there is this error.

I have tried restarting router, pc and I have even redownloaded the game. The game works perfectly fine on my brothers xbox but my pc just gets stuck on the 4/11 section.
Please help I'd love to play the game but cannot get any further.
Same, I’m on Xbox 1 and it is stuck on 4/11
Been an issue since Tuesday with no real response to when or if it'll get fixed.

Any Idea with the connecting to platform 4/11 issue haven’t been able to play the game. And bought it on Friday

Yeah, I tried everything I could but it doesn’t seem like it could be an issue with the internet because my brother can play on his xbox in the room next to me. My pc is hardwired and directs next to the router. something I did noticed is that my brother on Xbox had the user agreement pop up at step 1/11 the first time opening the game I have never gotten the user agreement to show up even after redownloading
Apologies for creating another topic post@EA_Atic Numerous people are having this problem. Its not the connection on our end... We all paid money to play this and clearly there's an issue. Been days since i could play. I played the first 2 days i bought it fine then all of the sudden this started. I'm just gonna refund the game if this can't be resolved.
making the same response when people are telling you that your "help" doesnt work will ALSO NOT help. Are you a robot or an idiot? i cant * tell
they wont refund if you have a significant amount of time played. They've literally been helpless for me. Such a scam
