Chapter 12 progress halted

After the party and drinking cutscene in Chapter 12 the mission updates to "Meet Selko at Thayvens Point" but the teleporter is not working. It isn't showing the portal and also comes up as locked by the lock symbol when close to it.

Any help would be appreciated or a fix. I will not be starting this game over again and will be asking for a refund if no solution can be found.

    Hi @ssjrattrap, From the main menu, if you select to load a save you will have 3 previous states under the most current one. Can we try loading one of these to see if you can progress?

    The progress may be before the current point you are on but it may allow us past any issues that are causing this.

    Hi @ssjrattrap, It should become available after talking with Selko using your crystal. Do you know if the dialogue played?

    If so, can you try reloading your save to see if the portal re-enables correctly?

    His dialog played but the result was the same. I tried a restart from main menu, dashboard and a console restart nothing works. I restarted like 10 various ways. Nothing.

    There was a ship to take me to a level on the second floor by using that I was able to finish the game. That was a work around. Thanks for the help.
