critical issue with linking my Steam account and experiencing lost game progres
I am writing to report a critical issue with linking my Steam account and experiencing lost game progress.
When I attempt to link my account on your platform, it states that there is no linked Steam account. However, when I try to re-link my Steam account that was previously linked to this same EA account, I receive an error message stating that an account is already linked to the same email address I am currently logged in with. after unlinking lost all my progress in steam and when i play thru EA partially lost progress that i want back.
So plz link the account my steam account to my EA account . I am sure they are not linked to any other account as the portal says. And need my lost progress back
To confirm Progress for games are stored on your EA account and not your platform account, if you unlink Steam from it's originally connected EA account you will lose progress.
