Community ManagerHey there, this error code means the download code is for content that hasn't been released yet or is for a different region than your Nintendo Account. Since the game has already been released, you might have purchased a code for a different region. I suggest that you contact the seller and check if they can exchange the code for you.
I don’t know about the original poster where they bought the game, but I bought mine in in store at target in my code doesn’t work. I literally contacted you all and literally nothing was done at all, and I was basically had the door shut in my face.
