download code not working

I bought your Split Fiction game for Nintendo Switch 2 but the download code is not working and the error code is 2813-0055

Hey there, this error code means the download code is for content that hasn't been released yet or is for a different region than your Nintendo Account. Since the game has already been released, you might have purchased a code for a different region. I suggest that you contact the seller and check if they can exchange the code for you.
