Entering Shroud on Series S, lead to controller vibration and crash

I encountered a nasty bug when I enter the first shroud challenge my xbox series s controller vibrated rapidly for 5 minutes and the game promptly crashed. this makes me very hesitant to enter any shroud challenge

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

    • Gamertag:
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Which Shroud did this happen on? 
    • Does this happen to any other account on the device?
    • How long where you playing when this happened? 
    • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
    • Is anything else happening?

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
