Error or Bug in mi progress in Wild Hearts AGAIN!!!

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's happened to me before, and the only way to fix it is to restart a game. This would be my second time, and I don't want to do that. I've saved 36 hours in that save, and the previous one was 50 hours. What's next? Should I delete my progress every 20 hours?
