How often does the bug occur?: 

So far only once

What happens when the bug occurs?:

when using a forge summoned by a teamate, when they destroy it while you use it, your character gets locked and any button press is not recognized. 

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?:

Have someone other than the host summon a forge. Have the hist start using it and the Have the forge destroyed while the host is using it.
