Focused bug report thread

• Platform: PC/Steam

• Where in the gameworld did the issue occur?: When I start the game
• If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred?:I loaded the game
• How often does the bug occur? Every time I start the game
• What happens when the bug occurs? Game runs sub 20 FPS
• What should be happening instead? It should be running at least 60 FPS with my specs
• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This issue started after I upgraded Windows 11 to 22H2 I see this in the event viewer when the EXE starts

I've updated all drivers, tested all drives, installed to different drives, tested my RAM extensively, the only thing that resolves this issue is rolling back the Windows update. Game works flawlessly if I remove that update.
