Focused bug report thread

Where in the gameworld did this issue occur?: Akikure Canyon
If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it?: Golden Tempest 1 life thread quest.
If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred?: After several failed attempts at the 1 life thread GT quest, I instinctively opened up the map and realized two of my dragon pits were reset to 0 progress.
When did this happen?: about 11-1pm GMT +8
How often does this bug occur?: First time it happened to me.
What happens when the bug occurs?: Two of my dragon pits reset to 0, no dragon karakuri went missing however despite having "negative" earth and possibly "wind" resource.
What should be happening instead?: My two dragon pits should be either lvl 3 or lvl 4.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: I don't know if the bug had any relation to the failed GT quest attempts.
