Ingredients chests keep disappearing entirely. Not just the ingredients inside but the cabinets themselves. I built two in Minato and they disappeared sometime between CH2 and CH3. It was not triggered by fighting Amaterasu. Other things I built in minato like a drying rack were not affected.
I rebuilt them in blossom tail at the tumbledown hillside shrine, and they disappeared again sometime early CH3, along with two pickle jars I made, but not the two fermentation vats or anything else.
