Platform - PC through EA app

Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? . story quest

. i not fighting a Kemono

.If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? i farm Kemono or paly anyting

. so i run into a problem while playing during the cutscene my computer shuts down. and i find that i cant continue the main quest like it s gone of course fixing the file game but it donesnt help

. cant next paly story (chapter 4 to go vs celestial dragon ) 

. mybe DC in story cutscenes
