Focused bug report thread

I have no game audio at all from the moment the game launches. It's limited to just Wild Hearts as all other apps (Discord, other games, etc) have audio. Interestingly, in Windows' Sound Mixer the game's slider will be greyed out about 50% of the time. And I have tried changing bit and freq without any success.

To be clear, it is not cutting out as I see others mentioning. I won't hear anything at all from the game (music, sound effects, UI audio, etc).

I am on W11 using a Sound Blaster AE-5. I did see one other person (on Reddit) mentioning that they didn't have any audio either and they were also using an SB card. Although in their case it was an AE-7.

Unable to perform overhead morph attack during the crate jump attck for kakurki staff with level 4 meter, the binding for it on mouse and keyboard is F + middle mouse, however during the combo sequence where it show possible branch of combo during the crate jump to perform the overhead morph in the top right corner it is F +, the 2nd input which is the middle mouse is missing, changing the key bind does not fix this, hence causing me unable to perform the the move.

Im using a Bluetooth headset, all the sound dies from my computer on startup of wildhearts. As soon as I close it all the sound comes back.

Playing on PC

EA said I have no local saves and I had to make a new save. Upon launching the game I did have manual saves I had made, however when I loaded them My characters hair was suddenly a different color, I had no eyebrows, and my voice was different. Kind of annoying

fighting king tusk in location specified, combat sounds cut out and could only hear music. After battle all dialogue is skipped like it was manually being skipped with the voice lines starting before being skipped to the next dialogue. happens even after next dialogue option. restarting fixes it.

Karakuri Staff Full-Body Slam doesn't accept the keyboard secondary attack bind. When I plug in my controller, it works. But on KB/M, no matter what I set the secondary attack key binding to, it just displays "F + ___" in the context input bar. If I attempt the secondary attack button (middle mouse), nothing comes out.

  Reports of players being unable to use the aerial karakuri staff mutation attacks with 4+ meter.
  I have read reports of this on reddit with Mouse and Keyboard users since PlayTest and I am using a switch pro controller and am unable to perform the attack as well.

Issue: Karakuri Staff Juggernaut Blade jump attack not working on keyboard

I just unlocked the Karakuri Staff and went to the training dummy to try it out. During the combo tutorial everything worked fine until the 'hold buttons during crate attack while having 4 mutation bar' tutorial. On keyboard the default is F+MMB(hold). On the ground this brings out the Juggernaut Blade just fine. But once you bounce off a crate it doesn't work at all. Even in the upper right where it shows button combos it just says F+   in mid air. I switched to controller and it worked just fine.

TL;DR The mid air Juggernaut Blade attack doesn't work with keyboard, only controller

Hi, I'm a PS5 player and my PSN gamertag is "raznarock666". 

I've got some online multiplayer issues with Wild Hearts where my character is called Alucard.

The problem is simple : even if I try to play online, the game tells me the pictures you can see attached to this message. 

It's not related to the gameplay itself, a kemono, a timezone or something else...

I followed steps seen in my TV screen where the game asked me to change my EA password. I did it a lot of times and I checked up settings of the game to enable online multiplayer.

I checked my internet box, my PlayStation OS and the game to see if there is any update to do. But I saw nothing to update. Everything is updated ! And I can confirm my PS Plus is still active.

The bug occurs all the time I try to play online. On the main screen after the title screen or in the settings of the game...

The bug in "Jeu en ligne" on the main screen shows settings and right after that I've got the pop-up with the QR Code to change my password.

When I try to play online by the firecamp, the game shows the other pop-up "Connection to EA servers is impossible".

You can have this bug with a PS5, the physical game and the PS Plus Extra. I've got an ADSL speed with my internet box.

Please help me I want to play online ☹️
