Update:
I rebooted my pc and I suddenly was able to play the game.
Since I had rebooted my pc multiple times after many of the fixes I tried, I think installing the game on my C drive is what ultimately did the trick.

Hey, can you maybe tell me how to put the game on exceptions of the antivirus. I tried all the other things you listed but it didn't work for me.

Hey @milankiller994
Each anti-virus can different in how you add exceptions or edit what it may limit. The best bet is checking with your Anti virus provide.
