Graphic problem Xbox SS

Hi, I recently purchased Immortals Of Aveum for Xbox Series S in digital edition, complete with a Deluxe upgrade which (according to the Microsoft store) does not require installation. Unfortunately I'm encountering two problems: First of all, although I play on a 1080p FULL HD television, the graphics are really terrible, with a lot of noise and both the effects and the landscapes are very grainy. Furthermore, although the Deluxe Add-On does not require installation, I am unable to obtain the equipment I should redeem. The console and television settings are already well set and other video games such as Forza Horizon 4, Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown and Tekken 8 do not lose resolution. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game the problem persists. how can I do? The game is unplayable in this state. Thanks you in advance.
