I cant find the friend game pass

Hi, can you send me the link for install the game via friend pass?

I can´t find it in the store.

    Wanted to reach out to confirm if anyone was able to share the information I last asked for? If not I will mark this as resolved for now and if anyone continues to have this issue please make a new post to let us know.

    After sending it up we need to gather some Origin Error report from devices in order to further investigate this issue. You can get an OER here. (Use the "WELL, I CAN'T ACCESS ORIGIN" Section to get the file)

    @EA_Illium The screenshot is from my friend, what you see in that image is the store that my friend sees.

    @SrLicht Interesting, I just made a new account and I am able to see the option, to check has your friend downloaded it before? If not can he contact an EA Advisor for them to review his EA Account to see if there are any issues?

    It's the same for my friend, I'll tell him to contact support to see if they can give him a Friend Passs Key

    @EA_Illium  Could you give me a solution, I bought the game to be able to play with my friend and it turns out that we cannot because your cute store does not work, I have checked in the Reddit forums and even in the EA forums and there are many people asking about this error and they offer no solution. Put the friend pass in the store of origin as if it were another product and voila, I don't think it will cost you much to do that.

    @SrLicht To confirm for your friend's account that still cannot see it, have they reached out to an EA Advisor (see above post) to have their account looked at.

    I test this on a fresh account and the option is there, after confirming with my team others were able to see it as well. Since we have already cleared the Origins cache it should be displaying correctly, which is why I recommend having their account looked at by an advisor.

    i bought the game but when i invite my friend it prompts him to buy the game, there is no button to download the trial version, everyone with the same problem appears to be from the latin american store

    @EA_Illium i think this is a regional issue, i'm from argentina and i also only see the option to purchase as a gift same as in the pic from @SrLicht, I think that's why you can see it from a fresh account but us can't even after all the troubleshooting steps, is there another way to add a friend pass or we just can't play something we already paid for?

    Interesting Idea about it being region-based, from what I can see the reports here are from varying regions. Can everybody on this thread please reply with the following information as I would like to have this looked into further. 

    • Are you or a friend unable to see the trial option, or send an invite to receive it?
    • If a friend can you have them post in this thread so I can get their information (please do not post their private information as this is against forum rules) 
    • If you cannot see it, have you previously downloaded and played it, or have you purchased the game (and currently own it or refunded it) 
    • What region of the world do you use the account on (please do not share your IP Addresses)
    • Are both of you using the Origin Client?
    • If using a VPN or similar software, can you disable it and relaunch Origin to see if the option comes up?

    If anyone does not want to post this information here, you can DM me on the forums with this information so I can add it to a report.

    - i can't see the trial option, accepting and invite from the game redirects me to the store but i can only see "purchase as gift"
    - never owned the game or played it
    - argentina
    - both using the origin client
    - no vpn
