I got my account banned when I only played it takes two no more than 7 hours.

@EA_Darko Actually you only mentioned USER AGREEMENT and TERMS OF SALE. For the latter, I have only played it takes two friend pass with my friend since I signed up for this account. I never make any purchases, so there is no way I'm breaking the terms of sale. For the former, as is described Section 6, "In case of severe violations, EA may take these actions without issuing a prior warning. Some examples of severe violations include, but are not limited to: promoting, encouraging or engaging in hacking, selling EA accounts or entitlements (including virtual currencies and items) without EA’s permission, extreme harassment, or threatening illegal activities. When practical, EA will notify you of the action it will take in response to violations of these rules or breach of this Agreement." I got my account banned without issuing a prior warning, so I should have done things above, but in fact I did nothing. That's why I can't understand your decision.

You will need to direct any questions around a ban to our TOS team @eleshen as they are the only ones who can assist you.

@eleshen Same here. Purchased this game on Steam this January, created a new EA account, played 6 hours, then got a ban without a transparent reason.

I keep disputing for 9 months but always receive canned reply that the Terms of Service team won't reverse the sanction.

If our team has denied multiple appeals @ayuta7817 then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

Hi, I understand there's nothing I can get here, just share my case with other users who have same problem.

The TOS team and I have mails every single day since they gave me no convincing reason for the ban. Even asking them why I use another account passed this game with the same PC environment but didn't get a ban, they can't answer it and keep evading the issue.
