it takes two 401-fa2 issue

Hi, I try to play it takes two online but everytime i try to connect it get the 401-fa2 error code. I reset my password multiple times and still doesn't work. Anyone has an idea how to fix this. I do...

Could you share a screenshot of the error code? When exactly do you get it?

    when I try to play online, i cant send a picture because it says de file is to larg

    e im playing on ps5

      @DaWi_WiDa,

      If you could try taking a different picture, it'd help immensely. Just so that I know exactly what you're looking at.

      You mention that you've reset your password multiple times; are you being prompted to do so by your error message?
