It takes two can't open (steam)
Already play it for 10 hour but few week ago cannot open with this message
"some features have been disabled because the ea app launched from another application" >> from ea app
"an error occurred while launching this game : app running" >> from steam
i try to open in admin, clear cache, close firewall, re-installed both game and apps but nothing work.
can you suggest what should i do next please?

Can we start by trying the following steps and checking if this continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
