It Takes Two Connection Error

i getting frustrated i getting the issue on it takes two i just wanna play online with my friend and i can't about to give up on it honestly

EA_ShepardPC is wired and hotspot is wireless. A week of no solution. This game is broken.

aaron_217 When you connect to a hot spot, this should be an open connection with no firewall, antivirus, or security blocking a connection. Do you get the same error on the hot spot as you do wired?

    Yes, i still get the same error if i'm connected to a hotspot. I've already stated that.

    Problem Solved. I refunded the game.
