It takes two: controllers doesn't respond

Hello! I need your help. I have two doubleshock wireless controllers (not the original dualshock) and i have connected them to my pc through tp-link Bluetooth usb adapter. I have check that every button work through an app i have. The problem that i am going through is that when i open the game (it takes two), for some reason only my keyboard and my mouse respond to the game and the controllers not. The stay paired but the don't respond. Do you know how to fix this problem. Let me known, thank you!!!!
