It Takes Two Nintendo Switch Error - 105-80190000

Reviving this discussion because the other thread was shut down for replies due to being old.  When trying to connect through "online play." I can't get in and get the message that "Your account set...

Can't get on game.  Error code keeps popping up.  What is the solution?

Hello I'm having the same issue. I tried to go through the follow steps:
Error code 105 801 90000 | EA Forums - 7579552
and 
Re: It Takes Two Nintendo Switch Error - 105-80190000 | EA Forums - 7590442

I also talked to EA Support but after trying the last step of switching my DNS, I am still getting the same issue. I was asked to create a forum post, hoping that I can get some follow up please. Here is my case number: #213425239. I know the issue was marked fixed, but it is not fixed.

    Both my friend and I own the physical game card for It Takes Two, we are not using the friend pass.
