it takes two password reset error ps5
i’m trying to play it takes two on the ps5 but it keeps telling me to reset my password and when i do it keeps repeating it. when i tried logging in to my ea account on my safari it said my account is using a disabled email address, what can i do?

It sounds like you're sending password resets to the wrong email address. If you have any other addresses it might be I'd recommend checking those, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team to see what they can do to help.
