It Takes Two will not load.

I do not get an error message. I just noticed the same thing happens to Battlefield 2042. I used to play both games on the same PC a year ago. I am going to go absolutely nuclear on this issue I am simply not to blame.

I know my way around a computer, I am a software engineer, I have re-installed, uninstalled, repaired and re-downloaded the EA launcher and it simply will not work so any EA games I have paid money for do not work. This is absolutely outrageous.

Thanks for the update, To confirm Battlefield 2042 acts in the same way? (on a side note, BF2042 did recently switch to the EA anticheat software we may be having a separate issue there)

To confirm can we try the following as well?

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

If this continues would it be possible to get the following:

• share a Clip...
• DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Why would you mark that as an answer? I very clearly didn't have time to reply and I, the person with the issue, did not say it was the answer to the issue. The reason I didn't say it was the answer was because it was not the answer.

When I try to load either game, either they do nothing, or they flash up the EA launcher as in the screenshot which gives me an error about "background services crashed". I have repaired the games. I have re-downloaded them. I have done every, single, thing I possibly can. I cannot do the things inside the EA App that you described because the EA app will not open for me. I even tried some weird "downgrading" of the EA app which did less than nothing. I have removed EA launcher, I have reinstalled EA launcher, I have repaired EA launcher. I have done literally every single thing that is possible to do. I am a technical architect by trade, I have created some amazing game mods over the years played by millions. I cannot even start either of these games.

I have added both games and the EA app as exceptions in BitDefender but I also totally disabled BitDefender just incase.

The EC app error code, when it does run, is EC:104.

I have run Windows FSC. I have re-installed the entire VC++ SDK. Clean boot mode does nothing. My GPU is fine, it's an RTX 3080. It is not overheating, it is not overclocked.
