Am playing level 1 with my sister. At the point where you fly off the spinning drill and land on the ramp to slide down just before picking up the final spark plug, my sister experiences the same bug every single time. Instead of landing on the ramp, she falls halfway through the ramp and gets stuck. We've tried it 10 different times using different techniques. We've tried with her hosting, me hosting, me going first, her going first. Every time, the same thing. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed. The game for us is just... broken. Any ideas?

We were able to get past it by switching characters. But now are having issues on the next cut scene - we keep getting an error message saying she's getting disconnected from the EA servers in the middle of the cut scene. Shrug.

Solution: We had same problem with friend getting stuck every time. It was working for the host, so the host just needs to load the save as a local game and get past the ramp controlling both characters. Then there's a checkpoint immediately after it where you can switch to online game again.

We had the same problem, right at the maybe first 3 cm of the ramp May would fall right throu. After severl tries it worked and it stoped.
But now we have the same problem with walljumoing in the clockwork level....

I had the same problem. My partner was May and got stuck on the slide. So my partner didn't come to the slide and I brought a fuse. Give it a try it.
