link EA account to Xbox game profiles

My daughter plays Apex legends and wanted to link to prime gaming to get a free add on. Created an EA network account, linked to prime (all through xbox s console) and that worked but there appears to be no link or way to link to an Xbox gaming profile within the EA account settings.

Is there a way to link a gaming profile to an already created EA account?

    Hi @privatesryan3 To confirm if you are playing Apex Legends on Xbox it should already be connected to an EA account, you can log in into EA's account portal, to confirm if you already have it connected to the account you recently made or if it may be on a separate account.

    Thanks, I read through that online help page but can't find an option to add an XBox profile  - only thing linked in account is amazon prime - see below.
