Lost in random Xbox series x
Heya is anyone else having issues with lost in random not getting past the loading screen on Xbox series x. Downloaded from Xbox games pass. thanks 😊

Community ManagerThanks for letting me know. Do you have the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
It’s installed on my internal hard drive not got any others plugged in. I’ve also tried that’s aswell and no luck.

Can you try connecting to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that gets you past that loading screen?
Thank you just tried that and that hasn’t worked either unfortunately.

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.
