Lost in random Xbox series x

Heya is anyone else having issues with lost in random not getting past the loading screen on Xbox series x. Downloaded from Xbox games pass.

    Of give that a try and let me know what happens. If that doesn't help, try deleting your gamertag off your console and adding it again.
