Mecha "Oveerseer" cutscene bug

Me and my friend have both been playing on steam and he saw the cutscene here while I didn't.  I had to reset from the most recent check point for us to sync back up. Full video of the problem here, ...

    Yeah we were until my internet cut out during that session.  I just had to do restart from check point.
