New game plus immortals of aveum chapter 15 no weapons

PS5 - During new game plus play through, in Chapter 15 Occupation, after retrieving weapons with Luna no weapons actually load. I have attached an image showing the issue. Obviously I can’t continue without weapons. I loaded an earlier save file, same issue. I restarted the chapter, same issue, no weapons. 

I have encountered several bugs, some major, some minor, since updating to the echollector patch. Besides no weapons showing up outlined above, in a brand new play through the capacity for health crystals is only 4 instead of 5. There is only an option to craft one health pack in the forge. Sprint does not work. Fast shield does not work, Jak moves slow when the shield is in use. 

With 770 hours in on this game it easy to say it’s my favorite game however that is drastically fading since the echollector update has essentially made it riddled with bugs. After playing through this game 51+ times it’s heart breaking I can’t even enjoy or complete the new game plus.
